Arif Panju Associate

Arif Panju is an associate with
Cantilo & Bennett, L.L.P. ("C&B"). Mr. Panju's practice concentrates on business
litigation, regulatory matters, and the insolvency, receivership,
rehabilitation, and liquidation of insurers. Prior to joining C&B, he practiced
constitutional litigation and legislative affairs at a national civil liberties
firm, litigating cases involving individual property rights, the First
Amendment, and economic liberty in state and federal court.
Mr. Panju graduated from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law with cum laude honors in 2009. He was a staff editor on the SMU International Law Review and served on the SMU Student Bar Association. During law school Mr. Panju clerked on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee in Washington, D.C. Mr. Panju was born in Montreal, Canada and resides in Austin, Texas. He received his undergraduate degree in business administration from Texas State University and managed relationship accounts for a technology multinational prior to attending law school. He is admitted to practice before all Texas courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
