James W. Davis, Jr. Senior Legal Assistant

James W. Davis, Jr. (Jim) was born in Arlington, Texas and
graduated Arlington High School in 1967. Mr. Davis served with the
United States Marine Corps from 1967 to 1971. While in the Marines,
Mr. Davis obtained the rank of Sergeant and served one tour in Vietnam.
Mr. Davis attended the University of Texas at Arlington receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a commission in the United States Army in 1980. While in the Army Mr. Davis obtained the rank of Captain and attended officer basic and advance courses and the Special Forces Qualification Course and served 18 months as commander of a Special Forces A Team. Mr. Davis obtained his Paralegal Certificate from ATT Technical Institute in 1988. Mr. Davis joined Cantilo & Bennett, l.l.p. in April of 1990, and has since worked on the receiverships of National County Mutual Fire Insurance Company, Fidelity Bankers Life Insurance Company, Home Owners Warranty Insurance Company, and Reciprocal of America Insurance Company. His primary duties include organization, review, summary, and maintaining integrity of company records. |
